Lance Parkin’s AHistory is my favorite. A grand attempt to create a contiunity chronologically of the Doctor Who universe, including the television series classic and new, the Big Finish audios, the Virgin NA’s and MA’s, the BBC books, and the comics. Heads up as the Third Edition will be released from Mad Norwegian Press in early November……….
The Making of Doctor Who was rereleased with Tom Baker on the cover in 1976. I don’t know, but I presume it was updated too. 🙂
